Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged. Opening your package made my day. Not only was it packed with care it was personalized and pretty. Above and beyond.
