I Love the way you treat your customer, with care. You package very well look you really care about and you send a sweet candy, as an appreciation. I am impressed because ultimately nobody cares about anything, they just think about money. You are a kind store I will all the time to look to buy something. Congratulations! My purchase was $1.25 plus shipping and they wrapped the item in nice paper and tied it with twine, wrote a handwritten thank you note, and included a starburst candy in the package. I do not feel worthy of this gratitude.

This is my new pencil-and-pen-and-other-suchlike-stuff shop! I wanted a Worther Shorty in Red and couldn't find one until I looked here! It arrived pretty quickly, and it was wrapped up in a Cute Little Parcel tied with String and there were two Starburst Candies and a handwritten thank-you note and I ask you: Does It Get Any Better Than This?

HWE Stationary had the mechanical pencils I was looking for. The Worther Shorty 3.2 mm Clutch Pencil, and in all the colors! The company is in the U.S. so shipping was quick. The only other source was from European sellers, at a greater cost and shipping time, and they were out of most colors. Good deal!

The service was excellent. The package arrived on time and in good order. The items within were exactly as ordered. I will order from HWE again. Good wrapping to protect the contents of the package while in transit.

Love this place! The package was shipped, but it said it was delivered a day before it actually came and I was afraid it was stolen- I think thats a usps thing though!
