HVAC DirectReviews of hvacdirect.com

Quality and price is perfect

Simply awesome. Best prices on the Internet and super fast shipping. NO Complaints, I'll buy from HVACDirect again. I purchased an 18 inch garage exhaust fan (variable speed).

I had a great HVACDirect experience. I found what I needed on their website quickly. Their customer support was top notch. I got all my questions answered and then some. My new HVAC unit arrived on time and in perfect condition. No issues with installation. It’s so much quieter than my old unit. My house is nice and cool and we’re a family of happy campers!

I ordered on line an received the furnace 2 days later! Very happy with the entire experience! HVAC was very communicative throughout the entire process. Couldnt be happier

We purchased a big fan for our living room and love how big and efficient it is. It was simple to order and receive. We haven't had any problems.

Aliece caught and helped me correct a mistake. She gave me options and made it easy for my to get the right product.

Renee is truly an asset to your company !!! She is professional, kind and courteous every time I had interaction with her. She follows through when she says she’s going do something. From complaints to returns to making sure everything is attached to your order number. She truly gives you peace of mind. There should be more people like Renee in customer service.

Aliece was very informative and understanding not to mention prompt in granting my request. I will definitely be doing business with HVAC direct in the future.
