Good Afternoon Charles, In reviewing the information on your order I have been able to confirm the confusion. The item that you purchased is the item that you received which was confirmed based on the pictures you sent to us showing the same model number. You purchased a Scratch & Dent option - Model number N4A660GKB, this listing has been removed as Scratch and Dent options are single listings, which are removed once purchased. We do take pictures of all items leaving our warehouse and I was able to confirm that the item shipped was the N4A660GKB. Model numbers will have additional numbers on the unit itself, which are factory revision numbers and do not alter the unit in any way. Regarding the SEER rating - the item you received is the SEER advertised. SEER ratings are affected by the items the unit is paired with. Because of this, Federal Guidelines do state that all condensers must include information on the Most Commonly Achieved SEER rating when paired with the most commonly used Evaporator Coil. Your installer can confirm this information for you, and the manufacturer can also confirm this information for you. However, you did receive the exact item that was purchased.
