Aleisha Brower was very professional and knowledgeable on how to address the Major issue i was calling in for. I was very unhappy but her interaction not only de escalated the situation but made sure she followed through and through on what was needed to be done to make me a happy customer.

The best way I can describe my experience with this company is WOW! From my order to my delivery to my return of excess, this company has corresponded politely and articulately. I can’t say enough good about this company. Their customer service and products are amazing. Please keep up your old school integrity.

Great products at affordable prices and an excellent support team. Thank you.

Never had a bad experience with HVAC Direct. Sure can't beat the cost and the customer service has honestly been the best. It's so refreshing in today's economy and business climate to be treated like you matter!!!
