HVAC DirectReviews of hvacdirect.com

Fast shipping, not yet ran the ac as it’s being installed but shipping was great .

I purchased a complete mini split system from HVACdirect. There were some issues that came up not the fault of HVACdirect but nonetheless they could've made it very difficult for me to resolve. Their customer service rep understood, had compassion and worked hard at resolving the issue for me. I was made right quickly as my whole construction project was held up until this was resolved. The product was as described, sales and customer service were so helpful. I recommend highly.

Chris worked with me on getting the exact system that fit my needs. answered all my questions and put together a quote. very professional and knowledgeable.

super helpful, totally will make purchase due to the experience with Kevin.

Extremely helpful putting together my online order. Very knowledgeable about this 36,000 system and its capabilities as related to my requirements. Very nice people to do business and order arrived very soon after I placed this order! Thanks! My shop is a very nice place to be!

Hvac direct had great customer support the units I ordered weren’t available so they gave me an upgraded option for no extra charge, so I could get my equipment on time very happy with there service.

Super experience, I needed an AC unit delivered quickly and HVAC Direct came through with quick delivery and a great price.

I have never seen a freight package as immaculately packages. Not a scratch on anything, and the price was as right as could be. I've sat in air conditioned comfort for a few days since, and am happy I made the purchase.
