HVAC DirectReviews of hvacdirect.com

Great service and great deal.

I had a great experience dealing with Kevin. Order a package unit on a Monday was delivered the following Monday. My experience was great and would definitely recommend to family and friends

I was lucky enough to have Chris help answer my many questions. He not only had all the answers at his fingertips but his delivery, manner, honesty and prompt responses were fantastic. HVAC Direct is a great idea and you hit the nail on the head when you point out how local retailers can play games. That had been my prior experience. As a senior citizen on very limited income, I appreciate straight talk, itemized references, no brand loyalty and Chris. Your website was right on time.

Great communication! Very helpful and supportive.

A great experience from sales to customer service. Cal was knowledgeable and very patient. I was apprehensive with ordering Chinese equipment, ACIQ. After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Had a problem with the freight Co. but Renee in customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue. Would use HVAC direct again in a heart beat. Thanks Cal and Renee.

Kevin was great. He answer all my questions and concerns about the unit, he even recommended a better choice. PS: I'm a newbie 🤫. I'm planning to order my unit soon. Thanks you sir Kevin great customer service...very rare those days to find someone who really cares and take the time to educate you about their products. Ron

Fantastic experience / Ordered my new heat pump unit on Monday , was texted Tuesday that it would be delivered Wednesday ( amazing) . My licensed HVAC technician installed on Friday. My new unit is so quiet can't tell it is on without going outside and seeing the fans blowing. I am impressed with service , quality and knowledge with everyone at HVAC Direct. Thank you

Order was received in good shape and was complete.
