HVAC DirectReviews of hvacdirect.com

Quality product but all parts needed are not in package. Make sure to order additional parts like refrigerant line.

Would have been 5 star but this is the first contact about my order status. It has been almost 30 days since I placed the order.

Communication was a bit tough but overall got a great deal and am happy with the service.

Chris was very helpful

Easy to shop. Good prices. The shipper was not so great. He refused to take the unit to my house and I had to bring a trailer to a parking lot for him to transfer the load. There was no information online to tell me when the unit was arriving to plan. I had to scramble to accommodate the shipper. Unit arrived in excellent condition. Can't wait to get it installed.

The wed sight is easy to use and there was good communication about my order and shipping.

Ease of ordering and checkout was great, knowledge of online help and question for selecting the correct equipment was top notch. Only issue I had was one of the wall sleeves for my line set was crushed. Was able to repair it and make it usable.

My unit arrived on time as promised. All ready installed and being enjoyed. ACDirect really came through in a pinch. Thank you
