The unit was apparently out of stock after showing in stock when I ordered. I was contacted by someone who offered a different brand. I needed a specific brand as I am interfacing with a third party controller. It took a couple of weeks of slow or no response to communicate my position and to find out what the ship date would be. This was never resolved as I got a notification without warning that the unit had shipped. The shipping was very fast, delivery was professional, and it is already installed an working nicely.

The sales part was great. I was given a list of things I'd likely need for install and that was awesome. I asked twice for a very rough ETA on delivery as I had a bunch of small trips planned. Nothing. I only found out it was on the way when the shipping company called the day prior to delivery - they were great. For whatever reason my order can't be linked to my account and any warranty info is (seemingly) difficult to find. I hope I won't need it but it seems from a consumer perspective this would be easy to find. Called about the wifi dongle and the tech wasn't familiar with the model (ACIQ) but was great and we jointly figured it out.

The shipment arrived, intact but damaged. Once installed and power turned on, an inductor on the circuit board fried. I purchased a new circuit board from Amazon, and after installation, the unit works perfectly. Was this unit tested before shipment?
