Company uses people that work there to write their own reviews. Very biased

Spent $2440 with this company with nothing to show for it!! When it did arrive it was way too late for the job and incomplete. I returned and never got a refund!! Terrible company! The staff was rude and did not return phone calls.

I ordered from this company a few years back. The order didn't go smoothly. The carrier broke part of the heat pump of the mini-split system on delivery. Not to mention the fact that delivery at a residential address in Los Angeles proved overly complicated. Customer service at the time made it right -- they shipped a new unit and took the old one back at their expense. I couldn't get the time I invested in dealing with their issues back, but mistakes happen. Made a new order with them for a smaller DIY system just a few weeks ago figuring maybe the last time was a fluke. Nothing has gone smooth since. 1) They shipped an air handler that was incompatible with the heat pump they were shipping in a separate order. (2-3 hours of customer support headache to get them to correct it). 2) They delivered multiple times to the address without signature despite UPS's tracking website claiming a "signature is required" for the package. No big deal for most perhaps, but this is a rental unit in LA, so UPS dumping 60+ pound packages wherever they choose on the property is not really preferred by the tenants. Not to mention the risk that the package gets up and disappears. 3) For the heat pump (226lbs) they ship by R+L Carriers. R+L gave no indication of a specific time or window when the delivery would be made. The web site shows an "estimated" date, but then suggests that delivery might be delayed for residential customers. Calling R+L (30 mins more of customer service) tells me that the package is scheduled to be delivered a mere one hour from the current time. Not enough time to make it down to LA to accept delivery. But no problem because-- 4) R+L does not need a signature for delivery! Great. But where are they going to put the delivery? Well, it's curbside delivery ONLY, so they'll just drop it five feet from the curb... in Los Angeles... with no signature... which means I definitely need to delay this shipment to another date, but -- 5) According to R+L, the way "the way the billing is set up for delivery" means they can't offer a guarantee that this is possible, but they'll give it their best. News on whether their best will be good enough has not yet arrived. If you're buying something simple, buy if from Costco. If you're buying something more complicated, choose someone else. This company is a disaster.

This company dont deliver what they say, that they have product instock.. waited over two months, horrible company. They lost a big customer..

Made an order, apparently everything was in stock on 5/23/2022. They reach out saying they don't have what I ordered and offer a substitute that is a COMPLETELY different size (much bigger, won't fit between 16OC joists). I can't do that. They say "ok we will ship air handlers by end of June and condenser by end of July." Then a little later "we can't guarantee we will ship the condensers by end of July, maybe end of August." It's the end of June, I have yet to see anything. Emails inquiring about updated timeframes go unanswered. Their phones put me on hold for hours every time, and no callback. Guess who's going to have to get their CC company involved.

Ordered a furnace and AC. After over a month they lost the furnace in their warehouse and will not refund my credit card. Had to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Was lied to multiple times. Do not do business with these guys!!

After placing an order on June 4th and going by the web site, shipping within 2-3 business days, 10 business days later they have NOT even processed the order. Called Customer Support who said we aren't sure how long it will be but it could be 7-10 days to process an order and another 5 days for shipping. When asked why the web site says shipping in 2-3 business days, they hung up. Called again and got another run around, not sure why it's taking so long. Asked for a supervisor and they hung up again. Worst Customer Support I have ever had with a company. Buyer beware, don't believe their web site or the reviews on their web site as they restrict who can leave reviews. Save yourself the aggregation, buy from anyone else even if you pay a few more dollars, at least you will get your order processed in under two weeks.
