Husky LinersReviews of huskyliners.com

I have used Weathertech mats in the past, but feel that they are overpriced for the quality and don't like the rigid material from which they are made as it tends to warp. I ordered Husky X-Act Contour mats, which are described as being made from a soft, pliable material. What I received was something like a cheap Weathertech knockoff. The material was rigid. One mat was already warped. The holes that are supposed to allow the mats to attach to grommets on the car floor were incompletely punched and the wrong shape. I have since read that Husky has changed the material for its X-act Contour mats. They have not changed the description on their website, so they are shipping a product that is completely different from what they claim to be selling. Husky once had a great reputation for floor mats, but no more. The only good thing I can say about my experience with this company is that after initially speaking with a customer service representative who gaslit me, saying that the mats I was shipped were the pliable rubber version, I spoke with someone at Husky who provided a prompt refund.

Mid May 2026, I purchased Husky floor liners for my 2023 Pacifica Hybrid, with the assistance of one of their service representatives. I waited to install them until I had my van detailed which was completed in early July. The front liners installed wonderfully but the liners for in front of the 2nd and 3rd rows did not fit. I called customer service and they sent a trim guide. Unfortunately that was for a bench seat which I do not have and it turns out they do not have liners which fit the hybrid van where the middle row does not stow. I then tried to return the liners but their window for that is 30 days, no exceptions. Yes, I should have paid more attention to that window but I expected the product to fit since one of their product representatives helped me with the order. I guess I will be trimming them on my own to fit as best they can but beware if you order Husky liners!

I bought floor liners, and they are awesome. I bought a bug shield with quick ship. The response I got was. Sorry, we do not have an eta on this. I ordered this, and you said you had stock. I am in MFG i can at least give a time frame.

I ordered fender flares for a 2025 Ford F250 Platinum. They fit fine but the hardware for the rear flares would not work on the lowest two attachment points, front and back, would not work. I called Husky and explained the problem and requested some additional hardware. They responded positively but the hardware has not shown up. After spending $500 on the fender flares, I really wanted to get them installed. They should have expedited the delivery. I have been waiting for over a week and still have not received the parts. After giving it some thought, I was able to devise a better method of attachment without drilling through the fenders. Very poor customer support. Next time I will buy Bushwacker flares.
