The shipping label was created during processing, and the package was shipped 2 days after our normal processing window. Due to a delay in carrier scanning, tracking did not immediately update, which unfortunately can happen. To resolve your concern as quickly as possible, we upgraded your shipment at our expense, and your order was successfully delivered.
