Hi Gz, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Traditional temple balls are hand-pressed and naturally firm up over time, so texture can vary from one variety to the next — the aroma and smoke quality you mentioned are exactly what we look for in a good batch. The black hash and bubble hash you're eyeing have a very different consistency, so they may be more your style. If you'd like a recommendation based on what you enjoy, our team is happy to help at [email protected]. Appreciate you giving us a try.

Hi kulish, thank you for updating your review and for giving us the chance to address your concerns. When a customer's experience doesn't line up with what they expected, our practice is to take a fresh look and act fairly, which is what we did here. Appreciate the second look, and we hope you'll give us another shot when the next batch drops. -Hurcann Team

Hi Javier, Thank you for taking the time to follow up and share additional feedback. For clarity, the product itself was the correct strain. The concern initially stemmed from a mismatch with the COA included in the order, which understandably caused confusion. When this was brought to our attention, we chose to resolve it promptly and in good faith to ensure you were comfortable with your purchase. We understand how issues like this can be frustrating, especially when expectations are high, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it directly. Our team takes accuracy and customer trust seriously, and we always aim to handle concerns fairly when they arise. Thank you again for your feedback. – Hurcann Team
