Dealing with Mr Richard Allen. Very professional and accommodating.

The buying experience was extremely smooth and simple. I was able to text to ask the many questions I had. The team was quick and thorough with responses, making my buying decision that much easier. I wired the money, and I received my watch the next day by 12. This was my favorite part, when making such a big purchase, you want it in hand ASAP. Great experience, great service, great price, great option to buy your next watch.

Richard and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. Responded quickly to questions and shipped immediately. Had an issue with watch and they were quick to send return label and issued refund promptly. Will def do business with them again in the future!

This was exactly the watch I was looking for. I called and was given a fantastic description and Live Photos were sent to me. All of my crazy logistical questions were answered spot on and with extreme care and knowledge. Shipping and packaging were fast and reliable. Definitely recommend!

Wow! What a wonderful experience with Richard and his team! Great communication and attentiveness throughout the process. My watch is stunning and arrived better than advertised! And it was very well packaged and shipped priority overnight. It was even set the right date and time for my time zone. This attention to detail with fast, friendly service sets Huntington Watch apart from others.

I know that title sounds trite. But dealing with Richard is always a pleasure. He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful, transparent, responsive, reasonable, and trustworthy. I have bought two higher-value watches from him now, and my experience has been uniformly excellent. He stands behind his products. If you are “buying the seller“, which is what all pre-owned watch buyers should be certain to do, Richard is a seller with integrity whom you can rely on completely. His inventory also is excellent and his prices are more than competitive.

Third experience buying/selling with Arthur. Couldn’t be more professional and easy to work with.

Rich was great. Overall a very smooth experience. The watch looks like it's never been touched.
