I recently noticed 2 charges on my account for "foreign transaction fee" and when I called to question them about this the customer service representative couldn't have been any ruder! When I asked how to avoid these charges in the future he curtly stated to asknthe vendor.

My husband has a car loan through this bank. The loan has GAP insurance on it. He passed away after a lengthy illness. I called the bank to let them know that they can come pick the vehicle up since I am not a cosigner or beneficiary. Two months later, the car is still sitting here. I'm not paying insurance on it, they are the owner and they are responsible for it, not me. It's really quite ridiculous. Have they abandoned this vehicle?
