We finally closed ALL our accounts after banking here (1441 Waulegan Rd., Glenview) loyally for 20 years, ever since it was TCF Bank. This is because Winston Dacuycuy did a bait and switch on us with branch manager Theresa Wittau. Winston said to me, "You should have all these services free and NOT pay for them as a valued customer." So after depositing many thousands of $ with the specific agreement that we would no longer be charged $6 for cashier's checks, they suddenly broke our agreement without notice a week later, saying, "Agreements can change anytime." His true Jekyll and Hyde came out, with the nasty side of him dominating after receiving our $. We immediately closed ALL our accounts. Our friends and family also closed ALL their accounts here. This review is to make others aware of the poor business decisions he made and prevent others from being deceived. There are so many other nicer, kinder, and more ethical banks to work with. Please be careful, everyone.

The Huntington bank atm said I didnt take my money in time. Of course even though I didnt get the money they took it out. I tried for 5 days to get MY money back. Terrible customer service that yelled at me and interrupted me multiple times. Then instead of trying to take care of the problem they just close my account. Worst experience in my 54 year. I was a customer with Huntington Bank for over 30 years. This is unacceptable. Going to the branch to remove all my Mom's assets tomorrow. She's been a customer for 50 years. To be treated like I was after 30 years is ridiculous! Now they lost another long time customer. Don't EVER use Huntington Bank!

I have been banking with Huntington for 5 years and this same issue has happened TWICE. I found out that they had suspended my debit card without notice. I get text AND email notifications about charges made to my card. There was not a single text or email sent to me regarding any suspicious activity. I found out that my card was suspended while trying to get gas. Which is a pretty big necessity. This is my only access to my money as the banks close before I finish my workday. I called customer service and say that my card is suspended and I have things to buy. I then proceed to be told I can either have one shipped out and get it by Friday of NEXT week, or I can PAY to get it sooner. Why am I the one paying when your establishment blocked me accessing MY MONEY without ever once informing me or contacting me to see if something was off? Would you ever have informed me? I have bills that are linked to this card. Being that this is the SECOND time this has happened in five years (luckily the other time I was still linked with an old bank), I’m thinking about suspending my account with Huntington altogether. That’s two too many times.

There is a reason why this bank has changed names recently. It is all over youtube. They violate people's civil rights. And if they violate people's civil rights in public what do you think they do with your money!.

Terrible bank, terrible branch. When customers are seated at the seats in the lobby, this means that they are waiting for a banker to talk to them about serious, personal, private money matters. Today at the HB at Wisner and North St. in Jackson MI, we were ignored by at least 3 banking staff for over 20 minutes. Did they not see us in the chairs? Big fat old white man exec ignored us Big fat middle white woman ignored us Pregnant banker (whom we had to flag down) dismissed us with sexual comment, "Hun" -- as if our concerns were not hers. We are the money. We deposit the money. You should not in any way ignore us. Terrible service, terrible bank.

I just signed up with y’all no reason to put my account on hold cause y’all don’t have a working Face ID and have quick balance not bring up Face ID your bank is mid and I can’t wait to switch out. Y’all need to get sued.

They bought out a bank in town that we were having no issues with and screwed up the accounts, They have no clue not even the folks at the local branch no and even they been kept in the dark, was told oh download and use a spreadsheet to do the work they should be doing. worst bank ever.

They're truly awful. No one knows where to transfer you to when you tell them your issue and they're always hanging up on you without resolving your problem. Worst customer service I've ever seen from a large institution like this
