Took money monthly without making me aware. Refusing to refund. Fraudulent company.
Response from Hunter.ioAug 27, 2021
Hi Jack, Samara here from Hunter. I'm very surprised to see a similar rating as after contacting our support my colleague Giovanni shared all the information associated with your plan's renewal that was correctly used for several months on your end. On a monthly basis you received an email with the invoice linked to your plan's renewal: the monthly renewal date was also provided when performing the first upgrade as we always list the renewal date, cancellation procedure and Terms of Service. We were happy to apply a goodwill gesture and also issue a refund for the 2 unused months and you were very satisfied with the flexibility we shown. It's very sad that a similar review was left after a support conversation where we went the extra mile to assist you. We remain at your disposal in case you should need further clarification on your previous subscription. Samara
