Hi Pawan, Thanks for sharing your experience! Looking at your bulk verifier results, more than half of the email addresses came back as "accept-all." Accept-all domains are configured to accept every incoming message at the server level, which means we cannot individually verify whether a specific address is valid or not. We always share this status transparently so you can decide whether to include those contacts based on your own sending reputation and risk tolerance. Hi George, thanks for the honest feedback, that kind of input is genuinely useful for us. Would you mind sharing a bit more about what you tried? Journalist outreach is a tricky use case because our data is built around B2B company domains, and a lot of journalists either don't have a public email on the outlet's domain, use editorial inboxes that aren't tied to a person or in many cases webmails that are not part of our scope (we only focus on professional emails). Knowing which outlets and what searches you ran would help us figure out whether there was something we could have done better, or whether you'd genuinely be better served by a tool built specifically for media databases. The issue you encountered is due to a duplicate account creation; we limit accounts to one per user to prevent misuse. The accuracy of our data is our first priority, and we genuinely care about our user experience, so I'd just love to clarify some points here. Some emails found in Hunter are not verified but have a confidence score that will provide a first overview of the email's deliverability. Emails with a confidence score of 90% or higher have a high chance of being fully deliverable although a high score does not guarantee a 100% fully deliverable email. In this case, we always recommend running the emails found through the Email Verifier (https://hunter.io/email-verifier) or Bulk Email Verifier tool (https://hunter.io/bulks/email-verifier), as that will give you a more accurate indication of whether the emails are valid or invalid. The Email Verifier tool relies on several real-time checks to provide an accurate deliverability report.
