I signed up for the free account and received my email requesting that I confirm my email address. However, upon clikcing the link, I landed on a page with a message stating 'Your account has been successfully created, but unfortunately, we have not been able to verify it to provide access to the Free plan'. I had to pay monthly before I could use the service. Very disappointing but I've seen similar comments from other users. Nethertheless, I'm not paying £41 per month before trialling the service.
