Nice sunglasses average quality. Here’s the problem. Customer service is a nightmare. They sent me defective glasses, and I had to pay for the return shipping. Once I shipped them, they never responded, never exchanged the glasses, and kept my money. This company should be investigated for fraud and shut down.

I ordered my glass on 12th August - I did not receive them until the 10th of Sept - and they are crooked! I contacted customer service the same day I received them with a picture of the visibly warped glasses, but didn't hear back from customer service for 7 days with instructions on how to return the product - AT MY COST! BUT, they only offer refunds within 30 days, so because of their shipping delays, customer service response delays and crappy product, I'm out $60 and have crooked sunnies.

Do not purchase from this company. They took $100 from me and have not shipped the sunglasses. It's been 12 days and they have not replied to any of my emails. Update - My refund was applied 2 weeks after my original email to the company and after leaving this review. The company never replied to any of my emails, even for the issued refund. None of my emails were impolite or disrespectful. My Mom purchased a pair when I initially told her about the company while making my purchase. She received them and while they look nice, they are not high quality frames that should cost $50 a pair. For their lazy and careless customer service, and low quality product, I would avoid this company.

Low quality, broke very easily in normal use. My old sunglasses are 10 years old and still good. These lasted 5 months, when coating started to crack and fall off.

Nearly unreachable customer service team, responses when received are late and vague. I ordered 5 pairs for self and family - First impressions were that they looked good, family members stated they looked cheap and didn't want to keep them. My sister complained of eyestrain. I returned FOUR pairs of sunnies.... The package was received July 30th, 2020, 8 days later (after emailing to inquire about the delivery) I receive a notification that I was only refunded for ONE pair of glasses. I've already emailed to ask what the hell is going on. Glasses returned as received. Also, when you make a return they won't even tell you how much shipping will cost, I had printed their label... that surprise will come later. I'm so turned off by this experience, I'm questioning why I even kept a pair for myself or trusted this company to begin with.

Had to pay £14 extra customs charge. They arrived damaged, are bad quality / tacky, so small they may as well be child size and nothing like the pictures.

Ordered sunglasses at the start of June 2020. The delivery is very slow - it took a week to even get through processing in the US. Once it was in the UK, it was another week before it was delivered... to the wrong address! It took yet another week of chasing before a replacement pair was sent (i asked CS to please give me details about replacement, and instead just got an 'order placed' email). Still haven't received the second pair - ordered 11 days ago. Apparently it's still in the US for processing but I'm holding out little hope, also based on these other reviews and my previous experience, that it will 1. arrive at the correct address and 2. be usable. I'm frustrated I didn't see these reviews in advance! Hopefully they'll arrive and be amazing, at which point I'll update my review, but right now I'm not feeling optimistic
