Best hosting in the market. The manager (jake) is extremely nice and helpful and does his job very well. The servers won't have almost any lag and if they do its minimal.

Jake was quick to respond to my tickets in discord, he helped me with some configurations with my server.Twin also helped me with a lot of my optimization issues thank you all. I also love what they are doing with the new updates which is making them much more supirior to any other host. I would recommend them 10000% if you are looking for anything they offer. Amazing servers and staff.

I cannot even describe this service. I bought a 8gb vps for nothing (15 bucks) and it works so well!! Since i needed a few more infos , I contacted the owner and he was so patient that he stayed with me 5 hours explaining me things, fixing problems that i had (software-wise) and even installed me pterodactyl panel and other stuff for free. Mind blown!

Humble server is 'AMAZING' I've got a good and bad experience, so I bought my 8gb minecraft package and I almost lost my account, I dont know why but yes, I got in contact with a staff member 'Jake' and he helped me and I got my server panel, 100% care for theyre Humble members. Later that day I got in contact with another staff member, 'Twincake' and he helped me with 'ALL' of the starting things that I need ! He also helped me switch my version in my minecraft server !

They're the best for a single reason; they try for their customers. Every server host is trying to make money, and often this comes with neglecting the needs and wishes of the customer; I found that humble servers not only have extremely performant servers, but the staff really do have your best interests at heart. It is obvious that the staff want you to be happy, and they will continue to try until you are; because of this, there's no good reason not to try this hosting provider; even if it's just to see if they're good enough for you. I've definitely had issues with my hosting, as would any provider; however I'm confident that any issues I might have will be fixed asap, and will be investigated to ensure that they do not happen again; this is never a perfect process, so I don't expect it to be, things do go wrong from time to time- however I have upmost faith in the staff at Humble Servers to hastily correct the issues; which is arguably better, and for this reason, It would be extremely unfair to give any rating lower than 5. I have definitely pestered these guys more than my subscription is worth; despite my thanks speaking little volumes, I know these guys do this selflessly, rather than profit driven, so for that, thank you Humble :)

Amazing service, they've helped me so much with my server. I've never had a staff team actually help me with troubleshooting my plugin problems as well as their configs..

Currently hosting my friends Minecraft server and a Discord bot with them. Very humble prices and staff, almost instant Discord support, dark mode for their panel (huge+), steady uptime. This is simply hosting done right and straight to the point. No dealing with crappy queues on livechat, hundred of useless discord channels or 'professionally' slow support emails.
