Purchased two puzzles at $70.88 (through Shopify click ad on Facebook) 4/20/2020, paid extra to speed my way through the line. What a nightmare - it's now 5/16/2020 still no puzzles. I e-mailed three times, received two generic form letter responses about there being flooding in a warehouse in Florida. The third e-mail I asked for a refund, which I have not received. I am now submitting a chargeback, I want my money back. Clearly I have been scammed. Notice I can no longer find the ad on the internet at all.

SCAM! This company doesn't ship you your paid-for orders, they don't answer the phone, and they don't answer emails. I feel stupid, but I definitely got scammed.

I ordered the Face-Cover protective shield and recieved it over 2 months. I paid $15.94 and very disappointed quality and material is very poor. You could buy this at a dollar store for $1. Do not waste your money!!!!

This so called company has robbed me of nearly $40 for a product that would cost only a few cents to make. My advice - S T E E R C L E A R !

I paid for expedited shipping...what a joke. its been 2 weeks since I ordered and they just say its in process....i will never order from them again. I am trying to cancel the order but we shall see.

This is a SCAM company. They do not sell products...they just take your money and never ship products. Right now, they are peddling N95 masks that never arrive. They do not answer their phone. They do not answer emails. They used to operate at "Dreamywish.com" ...they just came up with "Humble Crate" as a new fake company (and I feel bad for the real Humble Crate in Ohio!). Their credit card processors need to shut them down. Their credit card statements say "Legendary Ventures Limited." This is scam company is based in Hong Kong. This is NOT Legendary Ventures (without the "Limited" at the end.) If you ordered from them, call your bank or Paypal and dispute the charge immediately. Post on every website you can find about Humble Crate (aka Legendary Ventures LIMITED) being scammers and hopefully, they'll get shut down.
