I contacted this organization regarding a therapist to help with the stress from my job and how to cope with chronic pain. During my initial conversation with intake I specified that if my insurance is not acceptable then I would check for another alternative. I was assured that my insurance was accepted. The therapist was good. However I received a EOB statement with a $450 charge. The therapist was out of network and Im left with a bill of $450 plus I paid $63 dollars in advance.
