I inadvertently blocked myself from my account when I lost access to my 2FA number. I'm currently abroad and the international account verification process is more complex than domestic. Regaining access was a time-sensitive issue and Ericka fielded /a lot/ of calls and emails from me as I stressed about it. Ericka was endlessly understanding and diligently followed up internally on my behalf. Truly appreciate all of the patience from the team and Ericka's help getting my account sorted.
