I called about adjusting my 401k % contributions. First, I called Asley at 1 801 435 6830 who very politely explained that I have called an icorect deferent department. She immediately offered to transfer my call to the correct department. I was connected to Ryan at 1 855 622 7824 who have provided information on changing % contributions to my 401k plan delivered in clear, concise, friendly and timely manner. He also followed our conversation with an email. Feedback for Web Designer: It would be nice to have options for changing % contributions explained while trying to change them and a % range acceptable; 0% to 100%. Please pass this feedback to the right department and personnel. Thx.
