I let Centerwell take one of my prescriptions after they called me almost every day with a robot. I will not refill them even though it saved me $10. Its worth the extra money every 3 months. The texting for the refill with a link that was so hard to follow and then told me if there was an out of pocket cost i would be billed. What the He...? There should be no question one way or other. 1st it should be the same as last. And if it wasn't i should be notified right there. Trying to reach a person is unbelievable. Back to WalMart.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used!!! Mail order is always always late, every single month. I get my prescriptions late every single month. Put it this way my scripts are all over a month behind, probably closer to 2 now because every month they all continue to be late. I get the same scripts every month & they have my scripts a month ahead of time, yet they can't even manage to mail them out before my due date I should actually have them in my hands, and after they do finally decide to ship, well then it's 3 to 5 days shipping time beyond that & that's after it ships not after it fills because they don't even ship it for days after it's filled & this happens literally every single month. When you call to ask why don't you ship them earlier so that we can receive them when they are actually due so that maybe I didn't have to run out of medications every month because I'm getting them late every month. Their answer to me is sorry there's nothing we can do about that. They don't fill it till it's due & after they fill it they sit on it for 4 or 5 days til they actually give it to the shipper, it will say waiting for carrier pickup, except all it is, is label created & will just sit there waiting 4 or 5 days to actually ship out at which point there will be an additional 3 to 5 days ship time. Why is it always late & why does it take them so long to fill it & then sit on it before they actually ship it when they have my scripts in hand a month a head of time and I call 2 weeks in advance to confirm the refill? I sooo want to change pharmacies. Also, my scripts like a lot of peoples are not to be abruptly stopped, but they don't care. They just say there's nothing I can do about that, they won't fill it till it's due. They don't care if they make you run out every month. They literally don't care about the patients they serve.

Horrible horrible customer service. Stay away from these scammers!!!! Incompetence abounds!!!!!!

First all, it takes forever for a prescription to be filled and received. I am elderly and do not drive. I also do not get home mail delivery where I live. I have explained this to them many, many times. I thought I had a preferred delivery method set up through a rep for FEDEX. They sent it USPS anyway. When I called again (for about the 10th time) I was basically told sorry about my luck. No one speaks English and can understand same. No one knows what they are doing. Avoid this service at all costs. There is no service. Will be using my local Walgreens or CVS. Same day home delivery. Now I'll have to find a way to get to the Post Office to get my medication. Not that easy for me.

Centerwell pharmacy.They suck. Ask you for all your info, then say they have to transfer to another department, where they ask you the same info. This is all after they robot asks you at the start of the call.

im waiting to get my new medication filled something i need the old medication did not work for me but centerwell pharmacy generated a tracking number but web site says waiting to be picked up and know one can find where its at . At this time im screwed i guess wait till next year and change my medicare plan ill try to get meds from mexico or canada

If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. After going back and forth, contacting my doctors office and contacting Centerwell trying to firgure out why I can't get my prescriptions filled, I GIVE UP!! They claim they are here for you. Well, not exactly. I've contacted them three times now and they still haven't resolved the issues. Not to mention their website is worthless. Even after you place an order, the order(s) don't appear on your "My Orders" webpage. Why?? Don't waste your time with this worthless company!

Terrible pharmacy. Medications arrive days late. Customer service is not helpful. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy.
