I finally found the socks I was looking for :not too tight around the ankles, but not falling down. Flexible smooth fit around the foot. Good socks!

My 90-year-old mom loves these socks because they are easy for her to put on and take off by herself. They are comfortable and durable. They are available in many colors. And the company’s customer service folks are very helpful. Highly recommend.

Dear Julie, Thank you so much for your wonderful and thoughtful review! We’re truly happy to hear that your mom finds our socks easy to put on and take off—especially at 90, that kind of independence and comfort means everything. It’s also great to know you’re pleased with the durability, color variety, and our customer service. Your recommendation means a lot to us. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you and your mom again! Warm regards,

I ordered socks and was sent the wrong size. I asked to exchange them for the right size sock, and no one has helped me. That is totally unacceptable. Now, today (5/6/36), you sent a SECOND response to this review, telling me you sent ONE pair, as though that will make up for the THREE pairs of the wrong size that you originally sent, which started this ongoing nightmare. Is this for real ?!!

Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. Please know that we do assist with exchanges and sizing issues, and we would really like the opportunity to make this right for you.
