The socks are soft. The color is good too. My only issue is the tightness on the ankle.
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksJul 1, 2026
Dear Susan, Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you like the softness of the socks and the color. We also appreciate your comment about the tightness around the ankle. Our socks are designed to provide a gentle, non-binding fit, so they should not feel restrictive when the correct size is selected. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue improving our products. We noticed your 3-star rating, and if there’s anything we can do to make your experience a 5-star one, we’d love to hear from you. Best regards,
Brenda
I ordered crew socks and received ankle socks. After 8 days my return request has not been approved. Crickets.

The company is fine, though now I can't find the order for my last order of green socks to return. I am returning so many because they are too thin and constrict circulation around my ankles and lower legs. Best, Lucy
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksJun 26, 2026
Dear Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this style didn’t meet your expectations. Our socks are designed to be lightweight while still using a high-density 240-needle knit, which provides durability and a premium feel without unnecessary bulk. They are also made with non-binding cuffs to promote comfort and healthy circulation. If the correct size is selected, they should not feel restrictive around the ankles or lower legs. We’d be happy to help you locate your recent order and assist with your return or recommend a style that may better suit your needs. Please contact us at [email protected] or 571-267-0409, and our team will be glad to help. Best regards,
Gary S.

LOVE these socks! LOVE the first two sets so much … I ordered TWO MORE SETS! (I say sets because they come in a set of threes!) Would u consider “mixing” colors in a set - red, white and blue” - maybe?
Response from Hugh Ugoli SocksJun 13, 2026
Dear Carolyn, Thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re thrilled to hear that you loved your first sets so much that you came back for two more—that’s one of the greatest compliments we can receive! We also appreciate your suggestion about mixed-color packs, such as a red, white, and blue combination. That’s a wonderful idea, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product development team for consideration. Feedback like yours helps us create products our customers truly want. Thank you again for your support and enthusiasm. We’re so happy to have you as part of the Hugh Ugoli family! Warm regards,
