We are so glad to hear that you love our colors and bottle designs, but we are incredibly sorry that the formula itself was thick, sticky, and frustrating to work with. Our goal is always to provide a smooth, professional-grade application, so this is definitely not the experience we want you to have. Because our polishes are made with a clean, 15-free formula that doesn't contain harsh synthetic chemical binders, they can occasionally be sensitive to temperature changes during transit or if air accidentally sneaks into the bottle, which can cause the polish to thicken up prematurely.
