Margaret, we are sorry you are unsatisfied. Your order was made on late on Friday evening after our team had left for the weekend. The warehouse team arrives early on Monday to fulfill weekend orders. As an indie nail polish brand, we can't staff 24/7. So, by the time our customer service team came in, your order had already left the facility. We are happy to extend to you our top coat which makes a huge difference in the performance of the polish.

We've reached out directly to Sabrina. She had ordered right as we were transitioning to a new warehouse. For her order and other orders during this time—we offered a discount and a timeline for the delay to process orders. Unfortunately this transition took a bit longer than expected. But we made contact to Sabrina where we shipped a free color and top coat for the added delay.

We are sorry you do not care for our crystal caps that can be used for a finger rest. We are more than happy to send the products without the crystal caps if you prefer. Hi Maya, We are so sorry that you are dissatisfied with our products and would like to see if we can work through any issues that you had with our lacquers. We see that you did not include our top coat with your order. We highly recommend using a top coat when polishing your nails as it will help protect your mani and make it last much longer. It will also help significantly in the drying process. We also see you used 3 coats, which could also be a reason as to it not drying well (also considering how thick the coats were applied). Please keep in mind, Ballet blanc is meant to be a very shear nude polish and not meant for multiple coats. We would love to hear back from you regarding this. Hi Brittany, We are so disappointed to see that you were unhappy with our brand as well as service that we provided you. We would like you to know we really tried out best to make things right with you. We replaced your broken polish immediately, even though you did not provide us with any photo or documentation that it arrived broken, which is our policy. I see that it is set to be delivered to your door today. We also provided you with a discount of $5.95 to cover the cost of shipping on a new order if you wanted a different color than the one you originally purchased. We responded back to you in a timely matter during our normal business hours. Many of your e-mails were on Saturday evening and Sunday, in which we are not in office. We did not offer you a refund, as we replaced your item free of charge, even without any type of proof of damage. We do understand that sometimes things do not work out with between brands and customers. We wish you the best of luck in the future with all of your beauty needs. Best Regards, Huella
