Placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from the company after reaching out 3 different times for shipping notification.

It came packaged well. Sound is nice and relaxing. Kids love it.

Long delivery, but so cute drum

Wonderful experience. We are on our 3rd drum. Great quality! Beautiful sound and look. We live in the Australia outback and received our drums in a timely fashion. Would recommend the drums to every one. Kaitlin H.

I will say that the drum itself is wonderful, high quality, and sounds great. The service however is extremely slow. I ordered this months ahead of time of an event. I noticed the mallets were missing. I'm not sure if it's standard policy to ask confirmation, but they repeatedly would ask me to confirm if an item was missing. With the lengthy response time to each email I still likely won't have all the parts I purchased almost 2 months later, past the event where I wanted to gift it. Again, the product is fantastic, but since the mallets that are supposed to come inside the strap were forgotten, it has been a long process to communicate with the company.

Do not recommend. I purchased and never received the drum. I messaged several times and received a message back after a week saying it was on the way. Now with that said, much to my surprise I suddenly received a refund with no explanation. So it could have been worse. I was very disappointed.

Product not delivered. No answer to my e-mail concerning the possibility to deliver to another adress...

I purchased the drum for my sister's birthday. it arrived in time; actually a day or two early which was awesome, and she is very happy!
