Hi Helen, Thank you for your honest review. We apologize that your shipping was a bit delayed. We ship all international packages via DHL. This typically takes about a week. But there are times packages can get delayed - especially when shipping to Hong Kong (in your case) from our facility in California. We are working on opening a European and Asian warehouse as soon as possible and have noted your comments to improve our service.

Hello Trinz, Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles. But calling us "shady" and accusing us of "stealing your money" is completely false. You purchased a drum from us, which was delivered in under a week. You then decided that you don't like the drum. So you emailed us, and we asked you to send it back to us for a full refund. You then became angry that we wouldn't pay for your return shipping. It states in our refund policy that you are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. https://huedrum.com/pages/refunds Since we've already covered shipping costs one way I'm not sure why you have expected us to cover the shipping back. We have sent you instructions on how to return your item to us multiple times. Now you have simply insulted us and accused us of something which not even slightly is true including the entire title of this "review".
