I had had a contract with another auto transport service. They didn't show up on the required date. Due to my time constraints, I then called Huck Logistics. They were able to schedule a transport for the following day. I was extremely pleased. In addition, Huck was in constant text contact with me during the scheduling and execution of my auto transport time frame. Obviously, Huck Logistics should have been my first call, not my second. I won't make that mistake next time!!

This company is a bait and switch company. They quoted $435 for the job with a $150 deposit. They assured me that the price would not change after I signed the contract. Well after they found a driver I had to pay him $750 upon delivery, which is double the price quoted. I didn’t have much of a choice so I paid the extra. The driver they hired was very nice.

David helped me out and provided a great quote to ship my Buick and have it picked up the following day from Michigan to California. I signed the contract for $1,600 and sent a $200 deposit via Zelle (a big mistake, as there was no scam protection). Only use a credit card for a deposit. In less than 24 hours, my driver magically was no longer available and my new total went from my $1,600 contract price to $2,400 if I wanted my car picked up. Bait and switch. They will not honor the contract price, and you will not get your deposit back. I was able to get it down to $2050 after a lot of back and forth. The driver was great and honest.

I feel compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I experienced from David at Huck Logistics. I needed to move a car from Ct. to Ga for my son. The car was willed to him by his mom who passed away suddenly last October. I had been looking for weeks for a Company that I felt I could trust. From the moment I contacted David I felt confident that I had found the right person. He is professional,courteous,knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He went above and beyond to see that the car was handed over to a company that was reliable and trustworthy. The car was delivered as promised and actually a day early with no added on extra fees. I highly recommend David and Huck Logistics and would not hesitate to use David and his Company in the future. He is an asset to his Company! Thanks so much David!

On: 31st July from Lincoln NE to Plano, TX. DAVID FINN, It was long journey for me, as this was my first experience with a car and arranging for shipping. David made a tough job much easier and kept me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommended using Huck Logistics, with the help of David Finn specifically.

Dear network, today I would like to share a personal experience to warn you all. I was looking for a transportation company to ship my motorcycle and car from Virginia to Boston on July 25, 2025. As of July 15, 2025, Mr. Ryan Wilson (Auto Transport Coordinator from Huck Logistics) quoted the service at $475 plus a $100 fee, as the shipment required extra care. He also was informed that I would have to be at the Richmond International Airport, in Virginia, at 4:30 PM. The contract was signed off, and the initial pickup day was July 24, 2025. After some issues regarding the date and time, the final pickup day informed was July 25, 2025, between 11 AM and 12 PM. I decided to call Mr. Ryan Wilson at 10:24 AM to check about the driver's location, and was surprised by the information of the driver's accident (Ron) while en route to my pickup. A new driver was assigned and quoted the service at $700, payable at the time of delivery. I decided to cancel the "service" and requested a refund of $100. Then, the additional extra care shipment fee became a non-refundable fee under unforeseen circumstances. They decided to refund me 40% as a good spirits proof.
