Total scammers…I paid $180 and my car was never picked up for transport. It was excuse after excuse, and they wont refund my $180 deposit. They were supposed to pick the car up on 9/11, it’s now 10/20. If anybody wants to see the scammer messages, email me and I’ll show you what a joke of a company this is. The fake invoices look real, don’t fall for it like I did. Jack Ryan was the guy that contacted me initially from Huck.

Avoid This Car Shipping Company — Very Disappointing Experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this car shipping company. The representative I spoke with introduced himself as Mr. Jeff Miller and quoted a price lower than those offered by well-known car shipping companies. I paid a $200 advance well before the scheduled pickup. When the pickup was delayed, I was told that the driver was stuck due to road construction. After that, I was unable to reach the main contact number, as it appeared to be switched off or unavailable. Another major concern was the lack of transparency regarding the remaining balance. The representative had not clearly communicated how much I was expected to pay at pickup, which added to my concerns. Considering the repeated delays, poor communication, and lack of clarity about the payment, I became increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of the service. Fortunately, I had paid only $200 in advance. My advice, Be careful, verify the company thoroughly, get all pricing and pickup details in writing, and avoid paying an advance until you are confident the service is legitimate. Mr. Jeff Miller, if you are reading this, your handling of this situation wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I hope these concerns are investigated and that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

Huck Logistics is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. 100% scam!! DO NOT USE THEM TO SHIP YOUR CAR. I have shipped my car multiple times due to PCS moves, and this was by far the worst experience I ever had! Leo sucks. Horrible coordinator. He doesn’t respond to your messages or calls right away. The original price they quote you for, it’s NOT the final price. I was quoted $720 but they was trying to charge upwards of $4,000 THE DAY MY CAR WAS SCHEDULED TO SHIP!!! Then when I said I wanted to cancel it altogether due to them not finding any drivers, they tried to charge me a cancellation fee of $749. Whoever looks at this company and comes across this review, please believe me when I tell you that I am a very humble individual and give people grace because I understand everyone is just trying to do what they got to do, so for me to leave this type of review should let you know that this company is absolute below the ground garbage. Please use another company ASAP!! I don’t know what type of business yall have going on, but this right here is negative 20 stars. Trash, trash, trash. From head to toe, top to bottom, TRASH!!!

Do not use this company. The reviews about them being scammers is true and I wish I had did my research. I received a quote via text and was asked to pay $140 booking fee deposit via Zelle (first red flag I should have caught). I paid immediately. Of course, on the day of the pick up.. they send a random persons ID and said he’s on the way…. Pick up window comes and goes without any contact. When I reached out, they said the driver was in an accident (just like the other reviewers). At this point… they now were pushing me to pay 5x the quote in order to get my car moved and refuse to refund me my $140. It’s all a scam to get you to pay more or for them to keep your money. I wish I could sue them for my $140 back.

They quoted one price, when I agreed to that, they then said it would be a significantly higher price. We argued and argued, and I told them to LEAVE ME ALONE. They did NOT. They kept contacting me after I asked them to stop. Ultimately they came down to a better price. Still a good bit more than the quoted price. I think the entire industry has this issue, as I had a very similar experience with a different car transporter. So... good luck. Huck Logistics seems just as bad as any of the other choices.

I would leave zero stars if I could! Horrible company that promised one price then tripled it after cancelling the original transport day for my car. It took them three days to find a new transport for my car and then said I had to agree to it right then and that the driver was on the way despite me not agreeing to the new price.
