Looks like they are staying consitant reading these reviews. Ordered a fridge from Home Depot apparently Hub Group delivers them for Home Depot we paid for room of choice delivery, Hub Group claims Home Depot didn't note the ticket correctly. We showed them didn't care. We showed the two men the receipt that clearly says room of choice. The called supervisor Connor he told them not to do it and call Home Depot. So they left the frige in the driveway and left. So I called Home Depot and they wanted to start over again return it etc or refund my money for delivery and make it my problem. Hoping I could just call Hub Group getting A I then finally getting to a live person that was a robot, anyway, maybe they would make it right, they refused. Just unbelievable. Bad Company!

This company is absolutely terrible, but they get contacts with big suppliers like Home Depot or Samsung and you have no option to but to use them. Just look at these reviews...beyond pathetic. Luckily they haven't done anything to destroy my house (yet). My experience so far is fairly tame in comparison to others. I ordered a Samsung refrigerator and set the delivery date out for 2 weeks so that I had plenty of time to move some things around at work to make time to take a day off for it. I get a call this morning saying that the delivery is now rescheduled for a week later because I am classified as a rural area (I live in a mid size town, definitely not rural) and they didn't have enough orders to make a route. That is complete BS. They know if they have enough orders before the day of delivery. This is something they should know and plan for days ahead of time. I took a day off work (which isn't easy or convenient for me) and moved my old refrigerator into the garage for this. They don't care about the experience of their customers. All they care about is being 2 cents cheaper per delivery on their contracts and likely sharing kickbacks between executives. It is truly sad that this is the kind of service customers have to get just to receive an appliance. Let's see what their PR AI bot has to say. It doesn't matter if you apologize for every bad review when you do absolutely nothing to fix the pathetic experience that customers have come to expect.

We were expecting advance notice to schedule delivery based on the email confirmation stating, “Our Delivery Partner will contact you directly once the shipment arrives in their facility,” especially given the broad delivery window of April 8–May 11. Instead, I received a call from the driver saying he was about six minutes away. I had to leave work abruptly to meet the delivery. While the item was delivered, the overall experience felt rushed and less professional than expected. I wanted to share this feedback, as clearer communication and more notice beforehand would have made for a much better experience.

Stay away from this company. They should be put out of business. I've been trying to receive a $2500 sauna for my heart health for 2 months its been stuck at the warehouse. They wont respond, there is no live chat, no support. I'm having to chargeback.

My delivery was supposed to be here last week they come at different times of the day call you randomly to say there 15 min away never pick up there phone I will never order from them again worst service ever

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Hub Group Final Mile. My refrigerator delivery has been rescheduled four separate times, and I’ve now been waiting over two weeks with no resolution. Each time, I was given a delivery window of 3–7 PM EST, yet on two occasions, I received calls after 7 PM, completely outside the agreed timeframe. Most recently, I was called at 10:47 PM and asked if they could deliver my fridge within 30 minutes—completely unreasonable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been just as frustrating. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and at no point did anyone apologize for the repeated delays or inconvenience. It feels like my delivery is consistently pushed to the end of the day or deprioritized altogether. After four cancellations, poor communication, and a lack of basic professionalism, I cannot recommend this service to anyone expecting reliable or respectful delivery.

If I can leave no stars I would, this company is fraudulent. They said they attempted to pick up my order and failed. I have been home all morning and even called out of work just to be here and they never showed up. I’m now calling Better Business Bureau on them. Do not use.

They had my order for 3 weeks before. It was the lived kept on scheduling canceling scheduling canceling 3 weeks I waited for my order. The truck came, didn't text me, didn't ring. My bell took pictures of my home but never rang my belt or texting me and then left I had to wait another week, horrible, horrible company. The driver's work excellent when it got delivered.I wouldn't even give it a star
