Placed order for a christmas present for wife. Charged an extra 10.98 for "fast handling" or some nonsense while advertising free shipping and handling. Declined bogus warranty. Still charged for it. When I called to cancel the order they ask for an order number that they never sent (first thing normally sent to a customer????) And wont cancel without. Fraudulent business, deceptive practices, and outright theft.

I purchased a nebulizer online and immediatly my bank sent me a text saying fraud. The merchant tried to charge me more than the agreed purchase amount and tried to double charge me.

I wish I could no stars. First, they charged me $9.95 for an Ultimate Protection Plan, for which I checked the "No, thanks" box; then, after assuring me of a refund, they charged me $9.99 for Priority Support & Faster Handling, which I also hadn't agreed to. I asked for a refund for that too, but I still haven't heard back or received a refund or my product. Scam company...beware!

Called Hubeva.com regarding my order. The first person asked me about what I ordered and the amount, I which they should have access to see, after I already gave them my information. They charged my the warranty when I clicked on No Thanks and wanted my refund. The send person i called also asked them what I ordered and asked me to tell them. Then hung up. This is a fraudulent company. They will only take your money.

They claim to be in the US, they are not. They advertise next day delivery. This is a lie. All I received was a tracking number from China. I wrote to cancel the order, no one replies. Don’t buy here. They sell an image of being a small store in Washington state and I wanted to support them.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Tried to buy something, check out was 29, next I get fraud alert they charged card way more. Do not give them your card info. Now I have to call my bank and get a new card.

If I could leave zero stars minus a few I would this place is such a scam. I placed an order for a beautiful mug. It never came through. They are deceptive about their delivery. They claim to deliver within three days and do not deliver in three days on my Route app it didn’t even show that anything had been ordered and it’s been over a month since I placed my order not only that I was not charged by Habiba when I placed my order I was charged by some sports third-party company. This is a complete scam. Do not ever order anything from this site. They are deceptive and I’m sure if I would’ve placed this order and forgot about it. It would’ve never came. That is how these online companies make money. They take so long to deliver. You forget about items that you ordered and they get to keep the Money unfortunately, the way things work now you have to go online to get anything of value and have to deal with combing through a bunch of scam websites to actually find someone that is legit enough to order anything from. It’s unbelievable do not order from this site.

I ordered two sets of sofa covers. Everything was fine until I noticed that this company added a $9.95 charge for extended guarante. When I called to remove that charge, instead of removing it, they added another $9.95. For that reason I decided to cancel the order before they ship it. Unfortunately, they shipped it anyway. I'm currently waiting for authorization to return the product. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.
