Excellent Service!
I recently ordered a backup power supply for my Thunderbolt phone as the battery life was poor. Order was billed, shipped & received with no delays, as promised. Then I opened the package and realized that the product I requested was not going to work due to size and weight. My bad! Now the real good stuff. HTCPedia not only took the return without questions but they paid the return shipping!!! (Was shipped to me free also.) Lady at the post office was as impressed as I was! Refund was posted back to my VISA and life was good! (If you think about this, they LOST money on me. Please don't tell them!) LOL PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I will again for sure.
