HTCPedia ShopReviews of htcpedia.com

There's a decent selection of products for HTC phones, however having to wait for a product that's backordered well over a month is disconcerting. There needs to be better communication for satisfying customers. No one likes to wait over a month for something as little as a battery door cover. Common HTC, get it together!!!!!!

I found the selection much better than any other site I have visited and the transaction was fast and easy.

htcpedia.com offered the exact product I was looking for at a very fair price and they delivered it on time. I will certainly be shopping there in the future.

I have had great service and every item has arrived quickly. The only reason that this is not a five is because I ordered a rubberized case for use with my extended battery (purchased from here) and it appears that it was the same as the normal rubber case for the incredible but with the middle cut out of it.

Ordering was good, it's a little pricey, and the product is as expected

Best places for OEM products and quick shipping. However, it can be pricey at times.

Shipped well. As advertised

I had mixed feelings about rating four stars instead of five. I would have rated five stars if I received my order a bit faster, but then again, I got my product through regular USPS shipping, which was less expensive. So maybe it's a wash. I've had to return an item once, and there were no hassles whatsoever! I LOVED the fact that I was notified when an "extended battery" version of a case was available for my phone, and I got this notice based on the fact that I purchased an extended battery. That's good marketing. Plus, HTC Pedia didn't send me a bunch of ads for stuff I don't want. That's respectful.
