Great Customer Service
The shipping on my extended battery was very quick. Unfortunately the battery was defective, but it was not a problem. I sent it back and they sent me another one within a few days. It was great.

Good Inventory of Incredible Accessories
This is the only place that I have found that has decent cases that accommodate the larger batteries for the Incredible. They seem to have a much more extensive inventory of accessories for the Incredible and I will be back soon to buy a few more things. Order was processed quickly and I should be receiving my order within 3 days of placing the order
