I recently purchased a spare battery for my HTC Incredible. The shipping was quick and the product was as described. They also kept me informed by e-mail on an upcoming dock for my phone that never got released. Very pleasant experience with HTCPEDIA!

The only store that had the extra-capacity battery I wanted was Htcpedia. The product arrived within 3 days of placing the order and was in perfect condition. Shipping was fast, the ordering process was simple, and the product was just as described!

I found a product I liked online, and I like it even more now that I have received it, especially for the price I paid and the time it took to receive.

I have ordered for Turkey address, then second order to my Dubai address, they reached in a very short time then I have expected. All the items were okay but the Deluxe Desktop Charger with Spare Battery Slot and Audio Out Code: HD2-DCR2 is charging, Audio slot is working but cannot connect to the laptop or the desktop. In order to connect, I have to use one hand to push down the telephone on the USB side and have to hold it. Any second I take my hand away it disconnects. There is a connection fault or the audio connection is too high or the USB connection is too low. I could not work that out. So in order to connect it to my computer, I have to use the cable but not the craddle stand. Cengiz ÇAVLI
