If I could give them MINUS 10, I would!!! I ordered ONE MEDIUM walking boot from them on July 2, 2026. I finally received TWO boots: one EXTRA SMALL and one SMALL!!! When I called them, they said that I is what I ordered!!! They now want to charge me a TWENTY PERCENT RE-STOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING FEE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I was trying to save money and got completely ripped off! They are LIARS and THIEVES!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I ordered a autoject 2 removable needle injector from them and it took a full month to arrive with the only updates I received being ones I had to call and ask for. When my order finally arrived, it had a similar but incorrect item

I should have read the reviews before ordering from these clowns. Placed an order two weeks ago for some pretty common disposable gloves. Two weeks later and they say the order is still "active" -- hasn't shipped . . . they're working on it. Total clowns. Obviously a poorly run company. Avoid - it's not worth trying to save a few dollars.

I ordered a BREGG shoulder pad on May 26th. The company states they ship in 1 to 3 days later. 10 days later on the day of my surgery they have no idea when this item might ship. Their customer service # I have called many times, hold for 9 mins…..they hang up. I just cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Let’s see how that goes?
