If I could give this company less than one star I certainly would. I don't know who the hell they think they are. But I have found them to be probably the most incompetent company that I have ever dealt with. They won't return an email. They won't return a phone call. The only time you will hear from them is when you have placed an order online. They thank you by email after your order, of course after you've given them your credit card. All I wanted to do was exchange the back brace for a different size. This was too much for them to process. I've never witnessed such incompetence or indifference. I've had enough. I will simply mail the brace back to them and process a charge back on my credit card. I would recommend people go any where else but to them. Don't put yourself through the aggravation.

Would not return unopened package.

I am trying to order two Backpilos from your organization, without success. I cannot understand your e-mail address. Why can't I talk to a human being? I have my credit card ready, but no one to take my order. What should I do now? Elizabeth Glendinnintg

The return policy is very vague. The details of how to return something requires an extensive search on their website as the company did not return my email asking how an item could be returned. When I found the policy, the requirements were numerous. I followed them all and then received a return check which had a large deduction because it was a "medical device". The item was a neoprene thumb splint which was too small and which I had never used.

Poor customer service.
