The order was promised in 3 to 5 business days with the shipping I chose. That would have been in time for a trip. It didn’ even come close. Correction!! It just arrived despite the email on the shipping date. All if okay..

The ordering process was easy and my order was received in a timely manner. I would have given 5 stars, except one of the knee support straps was a little too short and keeps falling out of the loop when not in use and it is also a little short when tightening it.
