After 4 days I had to call to find out when my order was going to ship.,only to get voicemail and an email the next day telling my they would look into it. Then another email to tell me it would be 4 more days till it shipped. That would make 8 days from the time I ordered and who knows how long to get it to me. No one to answer phones and 8days to ship is not the way to do business I would never order from you again and if I knew anyone that was going to I would tell them to find someone else.

took 7 days to ship 19 miles. customer service explanation was rude and condescending. plus they have emailed twice asking for reviews in two places. if you can obtain the products elsewhere, do so.

Product did not match picture. I reached out to customer service and was told it has the same end result. While it may have a similar result, she is incorrect about it being the same. I found out after purchasing that the product is made at different facilities. When I messaged back that the company should correct their description considering it is deceiving, I did not hear back. Not even a sorry. Now I'm out over two hundred dollars. Oh before I forget to mention on the web page there was no description of the product.

I received a shipment notice 5 days ago but the package still has not been received by Fedex. That is a big no, no for me. Then to add insult to injury, they now notified me that they don't even have the item to ship.

They didn't have the item I ordered in stock. They cancelled the order

I did not received an item. Per USPS, current status is "12/31/2020 - pending acceptance". Today is 1/7/2021. Customer service is refusing to investigate the delay or to cancel the order.
