The knee brace we ordered came in within the stated timeframe. It's actually the second one we have ordered for sports activities, and it seems that they improved the design because the plastic strap used to have a sharp edge that we had to tape to keep from cutting my daughter's opposite leg, but now the plastic edge is softer and less abrasive, which is great!
