Ordered a custom Blue Origin shirt that was supposed to have my name on it. It took several weeks to ship and it arrived with a random name on it, not my name I requested. No means of replacement, wasted $40!!!!!! Do not order from these con artists!!!!

Took long to be delivered. The zipper is on the wrong side, like girls zippers.

The items are way to small and does not match the measurements on the size scale provided. I reached out multiple times to customer service requesting refunds with zero response. I reported to the better business bureau and filed a claim with my bank.

The hoodie itself is pretty awesome but the delivery time is not. Took to long for it to arrive and I almost wondered if I had to ask for a refund due to the amount of time it took.

As of 08/19/2026, I have not received my order yet. In addition I have received any shipping updates. If I don’t receive any information by 08/21/2026 I will pursue a refund from you.

The compony provides costume and cosplay clothes at reasonable prices. The Hocus Pocus celebrities I just met loved my Winifred Sanderson outfit. The delivery service was a little slow , but the shirt came in time for the event I went to.
