My pant chain cross charm broke after just 2 days

Totalmente decepcionado.Calças vindas da China, mal cortadas e sem fecho. Focam se demais nos extras e depois o produto em si é uma decepção total.Scam.

I ordered the bubble chain, instead I got the stars. The customer service was amazing about making my order right, so they told me to keep the stars and they will send the correct one and I love it!!! Great quality and I will be ordering soon. Thanks again.

I recently ordered an item from the site. What bothered me in the first moment was, that it got shipped from China. I thought I got myself in some low quality, poorly produced type of thing. Also the tracking service from the shipping company isn’t ideal, since you can’t tell where exactly your package is. Ordering from Germany, it made me a little concerned, which is why I can’t rate the experience with 5 stars. But finally the package arrived and I’m convinced. The packaging was fancy. A note of thanks with an extra discount for the next order, some cool looking stickers, a purse for my chain and some microfiber cloth for cleaning. But most importantly the quality was as I expected it to be. I’d recommend it.

Overall amazing! I ordered the Nero chain, the quality is immense. Solid and sturdy, clearly high quality. Shipping was fast considering it was from the states to Scotland, UK. The package was above and beyond, freebies included that are also amazing quality and not just cheap throw seats. Honestly over the moon and and had an out of this world experience, hats of to these people they’re doing some pretty sick stuff!
