If I could rate them less and 1 star I would. Horrible company. We were told we would get an entire truck for one price and that their movers would move us. They ended up contracting our move out to another company, and they showed up 2 hours after the original time. Absolutely horrible communication. Upon showing up the price we had agreed on basically doubled and we found out we don't actually get an entire truck. I could go on and on. DO NOT USE.

They brought a truck that was too small for all my stuff, and I had to make a second trip in my own car. My back is still sore from lugging those extra boxes. Definitely not what I paid for.

Dear Edward Morneau We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience caused by the truck size issue. Our goal is always to make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible, and it’s clear we fell short this time. You should never have had to make a second trip yourself or strain to carry extra boxes. We’re reviewing what went wrong with our planning and will be taking steps to prevent this from happening to future customers. Please contact us directly at (888) 404-8382

The movers ate food out of my fridge without asking. I had leftover Chinese food I was really looking forward to, and it was gone before the end of the day. So not cool.

Eating a customer's food without permission is absolutely unacceptable and far below the standards we expect from our team. This is not something we take lightly. We are investigating the matter thoroughly and will take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure this never happens again. Please contact us directly at (888) 404-8382

My large mirror was packed with no padding except a single sheet of newspaper. It cracked right in the center. They tried to claim it was already like that, which was absolutely not true.

Dear Thomas Butler We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear about your mirror and the experience you described. We always aim to pack and handle every item with the highest level of care, and it’s deeply concerning to learn that your mirror was not properly protected. While our team may have misunderstood the condition at the time, we take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing this incident internally to ensure accountability and prevent anything similar from happening again. Please contact us directly at (888) 404-8382

Last month, I had the worst possible experience with this moving company. First of all, they arrived without even a heads-up notice, about three hours late. The staff appeared hurried and chaotic when they eventually arrived, throwing my priceless paintings into the van as if they were random trash. I genuinely heard a huge thump at one point, and I watched one guy shrug nonchalantly as though nothing had happened. Several of my ceramic artifacts were chipped and two frames were damaged by the time they were done loading. In addition, they misplaced one of the boxes that contained my cookware. In the end, I had to swap out half of my dishes. It was a nightmare of a day—so hectic. I would never again entrust them with anything.

Dear Brian Harris We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. That sounds like a truly awful experience—unprofessional from start to finish. Showing up hours late without notice is already unacceptable, but the careless treatment of your valuable items and the loss of a box, especially one as essential as your cookware, takes it to another level. You had every right to expect a basic level of respect and responsibility, and it’s clear they failed you on every front. Please contact us directly at (888) 404-8382
