Howard Custom Transfers, Inc.Reviews of howardct.com

This review is for customer service. If the product is anything like customer service. I'll be a repeat customer. I own a small business and was needing a quote and project completed in a matter of a few days. They were very responsive and helped get me situated in under a day. My product will ship out today (the same day I placed the order). And I will have my transfers with extra time to spare. Great customer service and I had a small order to test the waters. Like I said if the product is as good as customer service. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with my transfer. Using the directions I received with my order I made a few adjustments of pressure and temp and had perfect results. Thanks for the extra transfers that I had to use as I experimented with my heat press. I will order again from Howard Custom Transfers !

Thank you great service and I wanted to tell the owner that I missed his call but was so thankful for his follow up call asking how the service was. Thank you Laura Redding - Custom Sailing Shirts

Kind and very helpful! Went above and beyond to make sure me order was exactly what I wanted. The follow up call blow my mind I have never had that happen. Will be doing business with HCT in the future.

This company goes above and beyond to insure you are satisfied. We will be lifetime customers from here on out!

This was my first experience ordering transfers. I had an order from my son’s school which would have been a nightmare to do in vinyl, and wouldn’t have worked for sublimation due to the request for dark cotton tshirts. My contact at Howard’s was really helpful, the process was VERY quick, and the transfers themselves worked beautifully. They even included a couple of extra sheets as testers (to get the application process down pat). I have 70+ very happy families with a shirt the kids can wear and keep as a memento of their special day, and was able to do it at a Price that can’t be beat. I would highly recommend this business.

The staff was great and my shipment came on time.

I just placed and received my first order from Howard Custom Transfers and am beyond happy with the final product. Between sending out samples and answering my constant questions to make sure I understood all my options everyone I exchanged emails or phone conversations with was very helpful and professional. I loved that I could provide my original Illustrator files as it helped me feel more comfortable that they would be reproducing my art exactly as I wanted it without any need to alter it (or risk messing it up) in anyway. Howard CT will be my go to for transfers from now on, keep up the great work.
