We ordered some heat transfers from Howard and the experience, the pricing, and quality of the prints were excellent. If we didn't have a local print company that we typically work with, we would definitely work with Howard more often.

I worked with Quintin Howard via email and he helped us to maximize our order by bumping us to the next price break to save on our order and efficiently ganging our graphics to better utilize the space available on the transfer sheet. He was timely in his responses and easy to work with. Our order arrived in 3 days and was of high quality. We have worked with transfers from at least 3 other companies, and Howard's are among the top! We even received a phone call from the owner after to be sure everything was tip-top! Now THAT'S quality customer service!
